in relation to the specialised cooling requirements of manufacturing processes.
In the air conditioning
field our capabilities extend from comfort installations for offices and
commercial premises through to highly specialized schemes to maintain
any combination of temperature, humidity and air cleanliness requirements.
We can engineer process water cooling systems utilising cooling towers,
air blast coolers or refrigeration as appropriate.
 Surveys

SOLUTIONS specialise in carrying
out on-site surveys for various purposes - for example to identify existing
services or to assess their suitability for future use or upgrading etc.
Technical Documentation and Drawing

SOLUTIONS produce Operating
& Maintenance Manuals and as-installed drawings. We also specialize
in generating photo-real 3D visualizations for sales or planning purposes,
either exclusively or as part of our design service.
Commissioning

SOLUTIONS are fully equipped to
undertake commissioning, including air balancing, coolant balancing, control
system setup, and refrigeration system pressure testing, evacuation, and
charging.
Troubleshooting & Performance Monitoring

SOLUTIONS can accurately
analyse the way in which a particular system is operating and formulate
solutions to operational problems.
CAD Customization
 coolXpert
SOLUTIONS have developed
some innovative AutoCAD customization programs including interactive process
simulations which use CAD schematics as the interface to powerful mathematical
models.
These are proving valuable for demonstrating
proposed systems to clients, as well as for optimizing the selection of
system components, and for training. We have also produced programs for
generally automating the drawing process.
The 3D piping content on the cooling
tower drawing above and on the view from a food process drawing was all
generated very simply and quickly using these techniques.
